Job Description
Hire A Maid's (www.hireamaid.ca) West Toronto location is looking for reliable customer service oriented people with a great eye for detail to join our amazing team of professional House Cleaners.
Hire A Maid offers:
✓ Cleaning pay starting at $16.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $22 per hour cleaning within 60 days. You get paid more for doing more.
✓ A travel pay allotment and TTC bus fare (or 50 cents per km if you have your own car) for travel between homes.
✓ Paid training on our high quality cleaning methods. Prior cleaning experience is not required.
✓ No Nights! No Weekends! Availability required is from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (hours worked range based on the number and size of homes cleaned each day; most homes are regular clients). Part-time daytime positions are also available.
✓ Employee Health Benefits (after 3 months) -- including dental, medical and vision care.
✓ Paid statutory holidays and 4% vacation pay included with each pay.
✓ WSIB coverage, and CPP and EI contributions by Hire A Maid.
** Our goal is to give you homes to clean that are in the same area and close to where you live --- Making this job ideal for people who live in the west end of Toronto or in Etobicoke. (Our service area for West Toronto is from Bathurst Street to Highway 427 and south of the 401 to the lake.)
About You:
You are willing to clean a home on your own, and have a cell phone to receive customer and job details through the company app.
You take pride in your work, get a lot of satisfaction from making others happy, would enjoy transforming a home from dirty to sparkling clean and are willing to commit to working at least 2 years in the job (our clients want a consistent cleaner who will get to know their home and what they like).
You are punctual and reliable and have a proven track record of job commitment.
You’d like to make a difference in someone's life, enjoy a physical job, and want to work for a reputable house cleaning company.
